Sometimes I stack it with 10 mg tadafil (cialis). Boner for 2-3 days with no further med. Take the doses on empty stomach and give yourself 60-90 minutes and of course. After 30 minutes and no response I leave. Two hours later she hits me up if we can meet later since she had to go home for an emergency. I think cialis lasts longer, but it may be just side effects lasting longer.
Since sildenafil is available in the USA generic, I would get an Rx for it. Then use a website like GoodRx or SearchRx and it's not expensive at all.
I think 50 mg works okay, and takes effect faster on an empty stomach. The highest dose is 100 mg.
If I take a 50 and the girl is a flake and is delayed, I can take another 50 if I think I need the "insurance. ".
I like both but the low price of sildenafil makes it my choice.

I like PayPal because I, too, have an account under the old rules in my Nom de Sucre, but with the new rules, it allows you to get the girl's real name — and most don't know that — which gives you an added layer of security against BSC retaliations. Snapchat is similar — most don't create a sugar account so you learn their real name once you add them as a friend.
