And stick to it once you are in the VIP, or walk out.
I'm fairly certain the following has been covered more extensively in this thread; here is a brief summary:
Upon your arrival at the club of your choice, you may pay for valet service at clubs which require it; all clubs have a cover, but some may waive it early in the day. Once you are seated at the bar, table, or booth, you will be expected to buy a drink at minimum; booths carry a charge after a certain hour.
Girls dance in rotation on stages. You may approach a girl while she is dancing and tip her a dollar or more to indicate your interest, ask her to see you at your table when she is finished.
When not dancing, entertaining patrons in the VIP, passing time with other clients or dancers at another table, or lingering in the dressing room, the dancers circulate the room, looking for potential customers. When a dancer approaches you at your seat, she will ask you if want company, or if you mind if she sits at your table. If you like her, you may invite her to join you. If you don't like her, or you have your eye on someone else, you just say "no thank you, I just got here" or "I'm waiting for someone else", and she will leave.
If a girl you like isn't heading your way, you can ask your waitress to send her over.
When you are talking with the peeler of your choice, she may make some standard small talk: where are you from, have you been to this club before, what do you do for a living. You may do the same: where are you from, how long have you been dancing, how long have you worked at this club, which other clubs have you worked before, etc.
Once you have developed some rapport with this girl, you may ask to take her to the VIP; more than likely, she will beat you to it and ask you first. She may ask "you want a dance in the back?" Or "you want to have some fun!" And some are far more direct and ask if you want to f—k.
She will try to gauge what kind of customer you are; how much you might pay and how far you expect her to go. Some customers want only a "clean" dance, some just want some female company to sit at the table and talk, and some want "extras", which is a euphemism for everything that is not a clean dance, from feeling up to full service.
Tell her exactly what you want. Spell it out so there is no misunderstanding. She's heard it all before, and she's heard much worse, so don't be shy, and don't use code or slang. And quote her a price you are willing to pay. She will likely have a higher figure in mind. If you don't agree on price, then do not go to the VIP, and tell her you are happy to remain at your table with your drink.
She may accept your terms and lead you to the VIP, where you will pay another fee for the use of the tiny room, and receive a wrist wristband from the bouncer to show proof you paid. Once in the VIP room, you may commence your negotiated activity. If she demands payment first, you may show her you actually have the cash, but do not let it leave your possession, else she will have the opportunity to change the terms of your agreement. If she still refuses, pay her for a single dance and walk out. However, despite the number of posts here on this, most girls don't try to cheat the customers. It's bad for business.
Once you do partake of the negotiated activity, enjoy yourself and her. After you are finished, she may have wipes to clean you off, but you also might want to be prepared if she doesn't. Have your payment ready to hand over to her with a minimum of searching; there is insufficient lighting to distinguish one bill from another.
If she really pleased you, tip her above the agreed price. She'll remember you and be more likely to come to your table next visit.

I'd start with Silver Criket on MI Ave during the afternoon. No cover or parking fee during day, it is non-smoking, and all the women play ball. If you don't find anyone there you're interested in, BT's is a few miles east on MI Ave, but does have a cover charge and mandatory valet (although you can park a block over, walk and say you took an Uber). If a session starts to go bad just end it and find a different girl. Don't throw additional money at her to fix it. Don't every renegotiate in the VIP, you negotiated in the main room and that is best for both of you.

If you're checking them out on day shift You can get into Flight club without paying a cover charge if you go there before 6/7 pm when shift change happens. On rare occasion, you will follow all of the above guidelines and still end up with a dancer who tries to overcharge you or who under performs. Be polite but firm. Offer to pay her for dances that she delivered but not beyond the value of the dances. If she insists on involving the manager (or bouncer), be polite and explain what happened and propose a reasonable solution. You might even ask if any other customers have every complained about this particular dancer. If you cannot arrive at a reasonable resolution, I recommend that you avoid a physical confrontation. However, I do recommend that you write a review that clearly identifies the dancer by her club name so that other customers can avoid that dancer.

This has not been my experience. Right around now the clubs start to empty out. Many Michigan snow birds leave for the winter to warmer climates, and the mongers with the coin to relocate, cause the dancers to follow them.
Certainly not all the girls leave as many have family reasons for staying in Michigan. One of my most favorite girls was talking about how much her income dropped last January and February. She couldn't wait for the warmer weather.
As the snowbirds return in April and May the girls follow them back up here. Also Florida and Texas and Arizona are all miserable places to be weather-wise in the summer. It is the opposite of being in Michigan in the winter.
I have found the best times to Monger are in May and June through September. Each May / June there is a new round of high school and college graduates that look for ways to make money. Even girls who go to college need to work during the summer and they try to earn their tuition. And even girls who are flipping burgers or folding sweaters tend to keep those jobs and change in the springtime. Something about warmer weather makes them try stripping. All these girl added to the dancers moving back to chase the rich snowbirds makes for a robust selection during the summer.

So after everyone's advice the other week. I got back on the horse. Went to bogarts and idk if I was too excited or what. But I locked my damn keys in the car! Still went in though lmao. Turned one away, and made eye contact with this nice looking black girl on stage. She came up to me once she was done nice cfs for a 100 $ good deal I thought. Next visit went to silver criket. This sexy thic white girl named Brittany came up and asked if she could dance on me. Then asked if I'd buy her a drink. Not sure what most people do in this situation.
