Already reported on my date with Leslie, this report is more of the general intel. Cruised the usual 3, 4.5, X, & Main. LEO was very heavy, saw at least 15-20 cruisers out, along with bike patrol. SW's were out in force too, after around 4pm. Most were 2 or 3's on the scale, but there were a couple of good ones. 4th was hopping a lot more than the usual 3rd, but it seemed that most girls were with their shadows, which is a non-starter for me.
Weird experience on X, found Kim, but the pick proved difficult as, after she saw me & gave the look, she started walking with an older couple, but since I was committed to the turn, as I passed she gave me a little wave. I pulled over and I think I may have spoiled an intervention in progress. Kim jumped in the car and immediately wanted me to take down her number, so that we could hook up later. Maybe all this drama was for the better, as I noticed her legs were covered with bruises and she looked like she was allergic to bathwater.
Cut her loose real quick and got out of Dodge for awhile, just in case the interventionists wanted to get involved. Got rid of her number almost immediately.

Kind of a dumb move but years ago had a brand new Cadillac DTS rental for a while and made a late night stroll on X and picked one, surprisingly that was easy an easy pick but not smart. Looking back it was pretty bold, sticking out like a sore thumb for sure. Xenon headlights and bright LED tail lights stick out late at night on the east end. Would have fit in better cruising Oakwood but somehow doubt SW's hang out in Oakwood. But it is definitely better to have a ride that blends in better with the neighborhood, even UC Leo use beaters to blend in. So yeah, it's good to have a reliable and in shape but older car to cruise in. Does anyone remember an old Saturday Night Live commercial of the Chameleon XLE car, looked like total garbage on the outside but had a luxury interior!
You just hit a dry patch, it won't be a problem. I used to have a job that got me into a late model rental from time to time. I never had any trouble. In fact I felt more comfortable cruising in a car that didn't have my license plate on the bumper, so I tended to hunt more when I had one. Unless you bought the Bat Mobile or something that sticks out, I don't think your going to have an issue. One question, you mentioned Miller. Is that a strip now?

I have had 3 serious encounters when going to a girls house that could have turned very ugly, but didn't. I use motels, but it gets expensive. My house-not a chance. I decided to try a different route, more of a Main route. I have not had much luck there before so I really did not include that area unless other parts of the town were dry.
