I'm the other way, where often agencies are organized enough I could see storage of my personal info much more likely, and also agencies are easier to target from LEO so there is a higher likelihood that info could be uncovered. Independents are prob way less likely to be targeted with any real effort to get client data and stuff, but they prob do an absolutely awful job of anonymizing things and keep records etc. Whereas agencies prob do a much better job of not keeping records but they still do, because of course they do, and they will be more targeted by the feds for trafficking, cross-border commerce crimes, etc. Still. Johns never get prosecuted by this just publicly embarrassed. Which is why no one should use their real name and or phone number in this business.
