So, I went to TLC about 6 months ago and the experience was just. Okay. I mean, it wasn't bad enough that I felt like I needed to warn anyone on the board here against it. But it also wasn't good enough that I felt like it warranted a review.
Just. Okay.
Once Whitcomb was around, that became my go-to. I honestly haven't had the opportunity to go anywhere since Whitcomb closed down.

I too was same w / Whitcomb Massage switchover in Kzoo.
When seeking more extras, then went to BC.
Like I say, has been literally years since last TLC session.
I know there was 1 review a short while ago, but that's all I've heard in quite a while on TLC / talent / service.

Well, a new massage place opened in Hartford and since I was coming from the west heading east on I94 I decided to TOFFT and check it out.
I could tell by the website that it looked like another version of Blessings (W. Michigan) but stilled thought, "What the heck".
I tried to set up an appointment, but never got a response, so I just stopped by since they were just opening. It is in "downtown" Hartford at 11 W. Main St next door to the police station. I go in and I'm greeted by the lady (Mid-Fifties) I pay for an hour and she leads me to the room. It is an older place that probably hasn't been rented in a while.
To make a long story short, it is exactly the same massage you would get at Blessing. There is no teasing (Not even a little bit) but a good massage.
Then we get to the flip. Still no teasing, but she puts my hand on Jr who was not in salute mode by the way, so I move my hand. Reason: To be honest fellow mongers, I am not into self service. I have done it once or twice, but prefer not too. About two minutes later, she puts my hand back and I ask, "are you going to help?" I motion, are you going to juggle the marbles? She nods No. I ask, "under the clothes roaming?" She nods No. So I tell her I have no interest and to just finish the massage.
She asked, "you okay" I said sure. She wiped the oil off and I get dressed. I give her $10 tip and leave.
Honestly, I would not make a trip out there if I were any of you when you can go to Blessings and get the same massage closer. I won't repeat, but wanted to give you fellas a heads up.
Kinda, hoped for Whitcomb 2. 0 but no go.

This is run by same group as Asian Massage in kzoo and GR. I drove out to Hartford last night to try, but the LE vehicle was parked there. It is next door to city hall where they hang out, but it appeared to me they were taking down plates. I left and came back an hour later and the same SUV drove through again. I may have just been paranoid, but it is just not a comfortable parking situation.

I too would have felt very weird about that situation at Massage in Hartford.
Even if I expected & got no extras.
Why they would locate next door to the Cop shop, is honestly beyond me.
That will cost them big time, I am Sure.

With how busy you mongers are keeping Asian on Michigan, I tried out Hartford since I was out that way. Nina was a very pretty, thin young lady. She was dressed in a short tight skirt and a nicely revealing top. Her massage skills were great. I go to get a very sensual massage and leave the other activities to others. Nina is sweet, the massage very good and I left relaxed. I'll go back.

Which locating next to cop shop is okay since offering a good therapeutic massage.
There is no reason to take plates given this is therapeutic massage.
With the lack of options in the area, I've been to the asian massage on w michigan past oasis hot tubs a couple times recently. They have a couple attractive younger girls. They offer some teasing but only self serve. No big deal, as I knew what I was in for. I did $60/ hr but both time the girls (different ones) scoffed at my (generous) $20 tip demanding more. LOL, I should tip myself. They give really good massage though.

I just wish the level of service would increase. If anyone has a more optimistic scouting report, please PM.
After work today I stopped by TLC. I didn't have high expectations. I got Lynney (sp? The girl is short and stout, the only way to describe her shape is a square, she is about as wide as she is tall. Face not great either. The only plus is she wasn't ancient, probably early 30's.
Pretty good massage. I like medium to harder pressure, and she accommodated. Worked all the kinks out. On the flip, she went right for the goodies. I said that I wanted her to use her mouth not her hands. She said $100, I said $70, we agreed on $80. She did a good BJ.
She is definitely nothing to look at, but decent services all around. I would probably repeat. So $40 door fee, and $80 tip.
