After a couple of visits she changed completely. Kept calling and texting asking for money to be sent via western union. Once said her power will be disconnected if not paid immediately. I agree with you. Actually this forum is good for exchanging info about providers and if we all can follow this forum and boycott some of the providers then I think at some point things will change.
