There's too much logistics involved in it to be worthwhile from Uncle LEO's perspective. Much easier to get a hotel to run incall stings for mongers, and outcall stings for girls. Doing outcall stings to catch mongers just isn't practical. You can't predict where they're going to want you to go, don't have control of the location, may have to coordinate with other agencies on very short notice, etc.

It's Thursday Dec. 15th,2016. Let me back up to Friday night of last week. About 6 pm I went on British Petroleum.
