As far as driving around, its true out of state tags may get noticed better, but it also allows me the perfect I'm lost excuse that comes in handy when someone notices you driving around the same area for a while. I was on Highway 31 in Hoover the other afternoon around 5:00. Saw maybe mid 30's white lady in shorts with short brown hair walking toward I65 on 31. Maybe she was just walking but she seemed interested in every car that passed by her. If anyone else has seen this type of activity in Hoover I would like to know if what I thought I saw was real.

Also over the past month or so I have seen in Tarrant City right out on the Pinson Valley Parkway what really appeared to be two different WSW. Always thought Tarrant needed some SW.

I used to have a loop where I'd go from North Biirmingham and ride through the Collegeville projects area, which used to always have girls walking on the road that runs through them, and then I'd turn right once I got out of there and end up in Tarrant by the old Smith Brothers motorcycle shop. Saw a redhead named Vicky this Thursday at the super 8 in Woodlawn, bad experience, very rushed, not worth the. 40, will definitely not see again, and too bad, she was decent looking. 6 out of 10.

It could be the girl's family hasn't been found and they can't publicly post a death until family has been notified. Who knows, really. Sometimes I think it has to do with not wanting to give out too much information in the papers or online to tip off the murderer what they know. Could also be they're trying to hide from the general public just how many murders there are in the city.
