I had not made a counter as I strongly agree negotiating down usually is a bad idea. She finally convinced me to blurt it out. She had been walking a while and I got a good vibe when she accepted the reasonable offer. But yeah, I got lucky. She even kept at it when I took longer than she liked.

I can say I have not had a chance to meet this lady. She ventures between Baytown all the way towards Burlington's past Channelview / Highlands area.
