This ad's most egregious sins are the improbably beautiful lass and the inability to state an actual location. Each in it's own right make this ad about 95% likely to be fake. These in combination make it very nearly 100% likely to be fake.

Minor indicators would be the unusually good narrative (especially in one so young), and the non-local area code. Again, taken in isolation, neither of these two flags are convincing, but their aggregation adds weight to the "scammer" argument.

If you are ever unsure, just text them from a burner phone or anonymous texting app (I use TextNow and sometimes a burner) and ask about a meet up, donations, etc. It will become clear if you are texting with a scammer or scamming bot (like an unrealistically low donation or asking you for a deposit).
