The reason is, the tips are small. The couple massage is almost always legit. Hence the small tip. MT's also do not like women clients for the same reason. Women seem to think $5 is a decent tip for a 60 min session.

When she gets comfortable with you, the gymnastics begin and you will be happy.

It depends on who you see and how comfortable they are with you.
There was a prostitution bust at #1 earlier this year, but it was for only soliciting and apparently no actual deed was performed.
Both places can have interesting girls. #1 has a higher turnover, #2 staff is more stable.
