Whatever you negotiate with the girl during the session all belong to her. This is different if the girl works at a private apt or house. The split varies. I have heard 70:30 (girl: house) , or 60:40. They're basically paying for security, room, and marketing.

Generally lots of bait and switch, rushed and poor service with limited menu's but per the 80/20 rule there are also certainly some gems. For example I saw "CoCo" / Victoria recently and went away very happy.

Went to Ivy to check it out, paid. 6 for the house fee on entrance, didn't ask for anyone specifically and also was not given any options, maybe I could have asked.
