I just wanted to point out that I have personally known escorts who just needed financial help. The financial need that I have noticed isn't drugs so much as it is single moms with children who are trying to make ends meet.

In just my few years in this I've known a few pretty well who wouldn't touch the stuff.

I met a couple ladies who posted on BP only once or twice to make quik money and never did it agian. There was one I contacted, she was maybe an 8 in looks and was legit, and she said she dint see any mongers during that time. She needed money but changed mind. Then there are BP providers who wget busted and make news and drugs are found. If you been followin the forum lately you would kno of a couple popular providers who don't advertise on BP but had those kind of issues, wether be illegal or prescription drugs. As for Sws, if yu see them out past short period of time, it is guaranteed they have major drug problems. Ever wonder why theycant keep a cell phone or don't own a car? They are the worst cause they unstable and usually don't have a place to stay till they crash in someones place, so cleanliness is a major problem also. But yeah, I've also known some who guys had sworn are squeaky clean and wouldn't touch the stuff who it turns out actually have. A number of times I've seen that. Meth, coke, prescription pills, you name it. Then there's alcoholism and the DUI's that result in suspended licenses. You'd be surprised. It's part of this scene. Although I will say I applaud those who make an effort to go clean.

During my time in the hobby, I have noticed several examples of addicts who mainly do it so they can buy their preferred drugs, in most cases crack or heroin, nothing else. This is true of SWs and crosses over to BP, although I am not as familiar with BP providers in regards to their issues. With SWs, there seems to be more discussion about their personal life and one can find more info in forum or out in the streets. BTW, never get too close to a SW who is on drugs, you will get burned. That drug is more important than anything, don't think you can save them. In the past year, I have learned a lot about some of the SWs, although I have only seen one during that time as well. It is an eye opening experience, the life they live and their struggles, and therefore one of the reasons I pretty much stopped dealing with SWs. They are also just too risky in many ways including the use or lack of protection. I know one who told me that she only does it because she is addicted to crack, if she wasn't she would not be out there. Anyway, just from the ones I know of, who have been arrested several times, usually the charges are dismissed (or most of them), get a fine, and are free to go, so basically they have a free ticket to continue doing it. I know it is only a misdemeanor but if the system was tougher and gave them probation or made them do rehab after so many times, maybe it would be a different story, who knows. I think for most people, the thought of serving a longer sentence for VOP would be enough to try and stop.
