When you'd try to set-up an appointment, the site would confirm but you'd get an email a few hours later telling you that the time was unavailable. Trying to set-up for a later time on the same day would show no available openings. She'd cancel appointments less than 30 minutes before they had been scheduled on her site.
This happened several times over a period of weeks, until I just gave-up entirely. Sending her an email complaining about the constant cancellations resulted in her sending me an email telling me that I had a bad attitude and to never contact her again.
