That includes door fee. Personally I always get a half hour. I always hand over the $$ up front and say this is what I pay for everything. If anyone argues I take my money back and go down the street. There are lots of them that simply say yes and provide the service.

I agree with Mr CondomPopper. It's important to know what you want and how much you want to spend before you enter any of those places. I always tell them what I want (not in the lobby), for how long and how much I want to spend including house fee. If I don't like the appearance of the masseuse, I'll not ask anything and just leave.
