Ie lax security?[/QUOTE]Excal did not have a key check last week. I assume luxor still doesn't either, as it didn't last year. I think most of the other mgm casinos will check, or at least at night.

I stayed atThe flamingo this time last year. No one checked but they have people at the elevator. I've also only seen one or two CGs on the floor. But after about an hour or so they were asked to leave. They were way too obvious. I brought in a pro and they had no problem getting upstairs. I told her to meet at my floor and I waited downstairs to try and see her before but she slipped by. It's kind of like the old saying. If you walk in looking like you own the place then most won't say anything.

Issue is no CG's to be found at Mandalay. I spent an hour surveying the casino last night (Saturday) between 2 am and 3 am. Didn't see even one CG.

Didn't see even one CG.[/QUOTE]Mandalay is the end of the block, kinda a dead end and has never really recovered from the bad vibe of the shooting a few years ago, its a long walk between Mandalay Luxor Excalibur. The CG can cover more ground between MGM NYNY Park MGM.

They didn't check keys but you had to wave your key in front of a sensor to make the elevator work or pick your floor. Brought 2 separate girls up to my room on 2 different evenings, not one problem. On busy weekends there has been security in the past, not lately though. This past summer stayed at the Bellagio and they had people at the door. I met my girl (see her once or twice a trip) at the VP machines, gave her a spare key and we both flashed the key as we walked by and if they knew they didn't say a thing. She dresses conservatively so that is a big help.

I got ripped off by a CG there. So it's not my cup of tea.

Last month a WCG was coming out from the elevator "stumblin" a bit drunk gave me an offer while I was playing "one arm bandit" close to the elevator. The round bar in the middle is target rich (RusCGs, BSGs and WSGs). Late eve or early morning the stairs between Luxor. I played with them numerous time at a discreet place in that casino just don't like car action and my room.

Security didn't seem to be a big worry. There was always a guard hanging around the elevators, but I never saw them actually check keys or give anyone a look. But like someone mentioned, the elevators themselves require a key swipe so you have to plan for that. However, I didn't see many choices. There were some aggressive BCGs roaming late at night, but that's not my thing. In the past and at other south strip casinos I'd had some luck roaming the slots, video poker, and bars late PM and early AM but never got "the look" or saw anyone that looked like a likely prospect at MB this time around. I kind of got the same impression as others that MB was too far on the end of the action to catch the same kind of crowd as the other places. For what its worth I was out on the usually more active bridges and walkways in the Excal / MGM / NYNY / Luxor areas and didn't see much there either, so maybe it was a slow week in general being between the Super Bowl and Valentines Day.

I wonder that incident back on October 1, 2017 keeps the locals away now.

Just as big if not bigger and with probably about 80% male attendance it will draw in the CG's One time I stayed at Planet Hollywood and picked up a CG from Chicago so yes they do travel in for the big conventions. Told me just about the same thing as your lady on the plane.

Luxor was the same in September 2018.

The dudes who got picked on by the jocks are the only ones who can afford the CG hookers in these conventions, while the jocks are cleaning up and doing the janitorial work after them LOL.

Ie lax security?[/QUOTE]I've stayed at both Caesars and Bally's in my times in Vegas (staying at the Flamingo in a few months) and have had no issues at either place getting girls up and never had a card check at either. May be different if there is a big convention or something in town.
