My friend told me about an incident recently he thought to should share. Be it a lessons learned or a cautionary tale (or just dumb paranoia). Putting it here as other than travel costs it wasn't a ripoff, and not sure the provider was in on it (hence no name) so not a negative report.

Walking to the room he noticed a car parked with lights on a row away form the room. He decided to walk past the room and see what was up. At this time the couple from the car accosted him asking why he was knocking at that door. Walking away muttering he quickly left the area, hearing them say they were recording the scene. You should always post the link to the ad for the provider that your friend saw so we know. If it's the first time seeing a provider and you get to the room and there's a car parked right in front of the room that you're going to and there's people in there and there's no reviews about the girl there's no comments or reviews on any ad you can find (EB, CE, etc), no video call verification with a online content to cross reference (OF, X, Snapchat) then I would say it's a huge red flag. Near the Colonial Drive and SOBT intersection.
Room was clean but the heat was not working in any of the rooms. It was a cold day but, once you start the activities, you warm up. However, this was a daytime visit. I wouldn't have wanted to be there there on a cold night without heat. Shouldn't be an issue now as the local temperature seems to be warming up again.
