After spending some time in California and researching the scene here, man does Honolulu have a much better chain for reviews and information. In California the information available on usasexguide is almost nonexistent compared to the Honolulu section. You have to browse like 5 different sites to obtain information on parlors and independents in addition to backpage. A couple of the sites require registration and monthly subscription fees to access information. And when you do find reviews, the amount of shills is off the charts. Pages and pages and pages of girls with 5 star reviews from accounts with no post history. Good luck sorting through that swamp.
It takes a lot more leg work to find GFE providers. The going rate for K-girls is around $220 per hour. But that does not always guarantee GFE for what I gather. The one upside, MSOG appears to be a somewhat standard service for the pricier K-girls. For non Asian providers the rates rise steeply.

Seattle also has a great active board; both places are full of good info. Also some parts of Florida are pretty active on this board, particularly Orlando, Fort Myers and Tampa.
