Who You Calling Old, Son?
Remember the Good Old Days when we had to call a Girl that posted an Ad in the paper? There was nobody to ask for Help, Advice or a Review. We just called up an ad that looked interesting and hoped everything went well. The Newbies these days want Answers before they even take the Test. There's nothing better than doing your Homework and Studying for the Exam all on your own. The Good Old Days.
In not being from Chicago we didn't have The Reader or anything like it. We instead had the occasional weekend trip to Motown, cruising Woodward Avenue on hot Summer evenings, and retiring to that part of town where a young out-of-town lad could enjoy a bottle of Old Grand Dad and, if lucky, a companion of the female variety. Seemed like a king's ransom at the time, but if I ever spent more than $80.00 for the weekend I don't remember it. If Detroit was too hot we'd hit Grand Rapids or Lansing, both working man's towns where action was always available for a precocious youth. Thank goodness the government saw fit to step in and show me the error of my ways, promptly sending me to a spa in SE Asia where the girls were running hot and cold 24/7. $80 spent there went a lot further, but the neighborhood was wicked bad.
I wouldn't want to be a newbie today for anything in the world. They missed all the good stuff.
Edge.
There Are Still Gems Out There.
Still some good stuff out there, you just have to do your homework and be patient for the new girl.
I agree. Keep looking and do your own Research and Investigating.
