Hi monger,
Just wonder what's the best time to hunt in Phil?
Why did I stop doing outdoor shots? I haven't! I am just waiting on the right girl, the right location and the right situation.
After finding a couple of nice inside locations (and one not so nice, but with a dancer's pole) moving inside seemed prudent. If I were to be truthful, I have gotten a little lazy and some of the enthusiasm is gone. Outdoor pictures take a different set of skills. Unless you are on private property and out of public view, there is a danger.
I still have a few ideas for some outdoor photography I'd like to try.
CookyJar.
Nice post! Where did you exactly pick up these girls?
What we all need to understand here is very simple. You don't have to give any reason to anybody as to what you are doing on the ave. Any more than why you may be at Penns landing or Pats Steaks. The ave is no different than any other place in the city. It's nobodys business what you are doing there. You have every right as an American citizen to be anywhere you chose to be. If you are asked by a cop what you are doing there you have two choices. Open your mouth and take your chances. They are banking on you to incriminate yourself. That's why they ask questions like that. They know you have no legal obligation to answer. They ask with the hopes of you spilling your guts. If you respond then you are asking for trouble.
Your second option is to keep your mouth shut. Don't take any chances. When approached by a LEO you have but one obligation. Produce updated identification showing who you are. That's all you are required under the law to do. You don't have to engage in any exchange of conversation. If you open your mouth and say you are doing anything illegal they are obliged to arrest you. That's their job. That simple. If you are accused of any infraction of any law, you do not have to prove your innocents. They have to prove your guilt. If approached by any LEO be cordial and respectful..
Loitering has historically been treated as an inherent preceding offense to other forms of public crime and disorder, such as prostitution, begging, public drunkenness, dealing in stolen goods, scams, organised crime, robbery, harassment / mobbing, etc. Especially when criminal intent is suspected but not observed, loitering provides a lesser offense that can be used by police to confront and deter suspect individuals from lingering in a high-crime area. Local areas vary on the degree to which police are empowered to arrest or disperse loiterers; limitations on their power are sometimes made over concerns regarding racial profiling and unnecessary use of police force. The offense remains highly subjective: in many places, loitering is a crime in and of itself, while in others it is not, and serious criminal activity must be observed before police can confront any suspect.
Cops aren't stupid which is why you can get arrested with a known prostitute in a high crime area. Buying meds if the badlands; still can be searched and stopped just for loitering with NO good reason.
Hi monger,
Just wonder what's the best time to hunt in Phil?
Junkies always need a fix, but if you are looking for the most quantity try before and after normal work hours. Girls know that's when guys are in transition from work to home. Many guys can't get out of the house once they are there. Avoid when school lets out as there is a lot of police and moms out.

If one is stopped in any area known to be a high crime area lets hope they aren't careless enough to be doing anything that can be proved. That falls under the heading Cover ones ass.
It matters little if one is guilty or innocent. The burden of proof still falls squarely upon the shoulders of the accuser. If the charges are serious enough, guilt or innocents will not be decided in the street. It goes before a judge or magistrate. LEO will not "go easy on someone if they come clean". They do not have that power at their disposal. Before someone is even approached by LEO the control room knows they are making a stop and the reasons for the stop. Also information related to the vehicle they are driving. Tag number, model, make etc is given the control room. It's a safety precaution. Therefore should someone be stopped in the areas described above They better have their "story" down. Again I do agree with you that LEO is not stupid. Anybody that thinks otherwise needs their head examined.
Loitering will get one some unwanted attention. Each individual needs to come up with their own believable answer as to why they are in any one spot or chose not to discuss the issue. One is not required to explain to anybody anything if they are confident enough not to be doing anything illegal. Being in a high crime area is not illegal. Now, if LEO assumes one is doing something illegal again they need to be able prove the assumption. If they are then best thing to do again is keep quiet until they secure legal advice. I'm not talking about public defenders. In my eyes they are about as useless as tits on a bull. Real legal advice from a real attorney.
In short your post is completely on point and well taken. We can only provide to those that ask the most sensible information that has worked for us or someone we know. Yet one size does not fit all. Never will. Whenever one attempts to engage in something they know is not legal then they should have an exit plan. Without it does not serve them well at all. The best advice any of us can offer is to cover ones ass. Me, I'm just an 'OL Gator.

A back shot from Chrissy taken yesterday. She is one of my favorite providers in Memphis and we go way way back.
I still have not shown what I consider to be my favorite pose. And! I have not posted my favorite picture. I will!

A good critic must have a good eye. An Artist must have attitude.

As a Photographer, I am always trying to capture that picture. I am looking for that one picture that just naturally happens. But, I do not want to leave it to chance. Nature is my challenger. She (Nature) is always there and she is always Beautiful. I believe it is my responsibility as a Photographer to capture and perhaps enhance what is always there, and beautiful.

That always turns out to be the case. No matter how many pictures, 5, ten, twenty, a hundred and so on until infinity; every picture of the perfect model turns out perfect. And then! Somehow, when I am looking through all of the pictures, I have taken of this pure perfection; somehow I always come across one I like better than all of the others.

Sometime I will find a girl and she is just flat out beautiful, perfect in every way. Her face, complexion, hair, form and body type just matches. Perfection! And, naturally, any picture taken is going to turn out to be perfection. That would be the natural assumption. How could it be possible for a lady of perfection to take anything other than perfect pictures?
I think I may have already asked you this. Other than the, "Ankles Away Pose," what is your favorite pose? Do you have a favorite category? What about a favorite picture?
Maybe I should extent the same question to the forum…
CookyJar.
Back in February, when I asked Glockman that question; I did not think it would be that big a deal. As is my nature, I made much more out of it than necessary. Because! It turns out that I do have a favorite. I have a favorite pose. I have a favorite picture. I have many favorites.
Here are a few miscellaneous favorites.

CookyJar.
Your photos are the best, the diversity, getting the most out of your subjects, the quality. I can only imagine what you could do here in Florida. Glockmann has a unique style, readily recognizable but still great.
