You're correct. That's the one. Drove by the one further south (the second Peony) a couple of weeks ago and it's no longer there. My other problem with the on 6th Ave and 3rd is that the entrance is right on 3rd, which is a very high traffic area. I've seen her many times and learned to tune out the craziness (see tip below). She catches on eventually that you don't want to talk.
