I would recommend starting another business such as house cleaning or dry cleaning to prove your inability to get US workers as the reason.
Ok, I'll clear things up. My new job is in Financial Sciences. Basically, developing profitable formulas, algorithms and quant models in the private sector. I'm the chief scientist and cam easily do all the math myself as I'm an unconventional mathematician who's never had a failed business and could've got my degree at 14. Now with that said.
These girls would only be sleeping with me. For their visas, I'd just put research assistant, mathematician, or lab assistant.
