I have a SUV and I keep a inflatable camping sleep pad and a blanket, and a couple of pillows in the car. Fold the rear seat down and climb in back.
A cargo van is even better.
Bottled water and a towel for clean up.
BJ is easy, a towel works. Or hit a fast food place for a handful of napkins in a pinch.
Tip: nuke the bottled water for 15 seconds at 7-11 so it's not too cold. Do this in advance and figure out the right amount of time, mor it will burst. Warm water is much nicer.
