The original bar owner can then charge each mini bar owner a fee so she makes out as the mini bars pay for the rent. Because the bar is more open play is virtually impossible in the booths in the middle of the room so play is only in the private room, by the men's bathroom.
Many of the mistique "play" girls don't like the set up and will probably be moving because they can't make as much money as before with the new look. This was a bad move but guess the owners are only looking at making a fast buck.
