We are fortunate enough to have a place like ERS. People come from far and away to experience their excellent services. Personally, I find the review / postings hilarious-how many time have we seen the following quote, "went to ERS and met with (pick a name) and now she is my ATF?
Lets face it, they are all good in their own way.

Krlj918.[/QUOTE]I could not agree more. These Ladies already have difficult jobs. And before you flame me, it's the truth, think about what they do EVERY DAY to make sure EVERY guy feels special. If I ever become that cheap I hope I would have the sense to give up the hobby. At best one could counsel one less trip for every 10 trips. They raised the fee by 10, so if I canceled every 11th trip I would still spend as much money, so what I loose out once or twice a year? But if I piss off the ladies enough by being cheap on the tips I loose a lot more.
Over the course of a year, if I went once a month, it would cost me the cost of one visit, a lousy $120 If I can't afford that then I probably should be doing something different with my money.
So I was told on my most recent trip that the tips have gone down and this is what's going on:
Lets say the old door fee was 95 so an avg person who would take out 120 will give 95 door fee plus the remaining 25 as a tip. Now after the recent increase that person still takes out 120 and now the girl only get 15 tip.
Now business hasn't gone down they are seeing the same amount of people infact some days are better then others but yes customers have started tipping less.
Met [B]Nina[/B] for the first time last week. I know she's one of the vets, but most of my previous visits occurred during her hiatus. For reference, I've had sessions with Laura, Danielle, Liz, Tina, Amanda, and Nancy. Where do I rank Nina in this group? At the very top.
Nina is a tall drink of water, with one of the best all-natural bodies at ERS. I don't recall seeing any tattoos. If she does have them, they're minimal at best. Her body is soft / firm in all the right places. Well-proportioned breasts and a glorious ass are highlights, but I have to give 1st place to that sexy blonde head on her shoulders. Nina is drop-dead gorgeous, with an awesome voice and attitude to match.
She is straight-up [I]fearless[/I] in the jacuzzi, making me seriously question the mental health of anybody who skips that option with her. That feather touch technique she employs at key moments of the massage is excruciating in its playfulness, with just the right amount of tease. Her oily body-to-body experience is outstanding and lovingly drawn out, unlike other token efforts I've had here.
Nina strikes that perfect balance between friendly and erotic. She doesn't talk your ear off when you're obviously in the moment. But hit on a topic that peaks her interest, and she'll light up like a Christmas tree. I love that flexibility, since I can talk when I want to, but also lay there in silence without it feeling awkward.
Best of all, Nina has that special gift of screwing your brain up into thinking she might actually break the house rules. It's not like we used to hand over $120 at the very beginning. No, I gave my $100, got my $5 change back, then added what I felt was appropriate at the very end.
Nowadays, nothing's changed for me. I hand over $120, get $15 back, then add what I believe is appropriate. If you think $15 is adequate for the service that your girl provides, you're an asshole. Even if I could sugarcoat that, I wouldn't.
By the way, I'm not directing that at [i]you,[/i] [b]Areyodeva.[/b] I'm addressing any and all cheap bastards out there who think a 14% tip (or less) is acceptable.
Had to go to Rockford the other day. My normal route takes me to Belvidere but instead of taking the by pass I headed through the middle of town. I've read a couple reports here about some new AMP's and wanted to check them out for myself. Found Royal and pulled in. In I go where I'm greeted by a 40 something. I let her know that this was my first time here. She's being very friendly and starts pulling me towards the rooms. I explain that I don't have time, I only want to check out the prices. She's being very flirty and with her low cut top on it's working. We're still in the lobby so I reach out and touch her top. She's ok so I reach in. She's still ok so I now have one completely cupped. With that she's just passed the interview and qualified as fun. How fun? I ddunno. I didn't have enough time to stay but told her I'd be back later. Anyone know if it'd be worth a second visit? Pm is cool.

If they want to shut us down they usually just raise their voice and threaten to kick us out and not let us come back. Thats happened a few times. But once in the room, I've been pushed away or denied many many many times. Sometimes even 2 or 3 X in the same session. It happens to all of us. But the other times, if we persist and continue to persuade them we're not trouble, they come around and eventually cave to some sort of fun, knowing there's a better tip in it for them. Those are the ones we revisit and try for more with. The fun in the lobby is certainly NOT something that happens all the time but lets face it, sometimes the chemistry is there and it's obvious I came to right place. I would NOT recommend it though because that could get you in a shitload of trouble you didn't ask for. However the longer we do this the better we get at reading the clues so I continue to keep showing up for class (visiting AMP's) and doing my homework (reading and posting in this forum), knowing what I've learned will help me and others to more often leave happy.

What essentially happened is they get more on the massage fee so as long as their business didn't take a hit like it could have they are still making $50 per massage so they obviously are more interested in volume.

The service is the same great service, the value of the dollar has dwindled to all time lows, that is why they need to get tips and keep raising the rates every couple of years now. I don't think it is greed on managements part but just their way of keeping the doors open during tough economic times. BTW tipping is still not required and you will receive the same great service if you tip or not, that is the ERS way.
CLS visit with Gloria (I think). Tall slender shoulder length hair. Good massage skills which helped. Does let you do a little more to her than most. For those who eat that is. Down side, try to get things done in under the time frame.

Got the hankering so I headed out to ERS. I prefer to take the luck of the draw on who's available. The line up that day wax good so I waited till arrival. Good choices and I hadn't seen Jennifer for a while and she looked really good. Went back to the room and took care of business. I knew about the price increase thanks to you all so that was no surprise. The hot tub was not offered so I didn't push it. My thought is go with the flow. She returned and I helped her with her suit. She's a cute girl with long legs and some medium sized enhancements. She started with a light touch massage and I mean light. Went on longer than I thought it would. But it got the motor running. Then to a more firm massage with lotion. That was nice and had some nice incidental contact. After a while, we switched places. She wanted no lotion which makes providing a good rub tough but I gave her the light rub. However she was ok with the hands going anywhere within established norms. I now lay down on my back and she does the light touch tickly thing again. Which at that point felt great and drove me nuts for a firmer touch. Which followed shortly and felt wonderful. She then applied the right variety and firmness to a satisfying conclusion. Again while allowing hands to roam everywhere.
