If so that's little shady to promote MLM penis pills that most likely have 5-10 mg of Tadalafil as a secret hidden ingredient.

If it's not the one and it's really OTC or available at the liquor or porn store counter then the ones that really work have all been proven to contain Tadalafil or Sildenafil until they get busted by the FDA.

To me it's much better to stick to the real drug and not deal with weird side effects you get from taking herbs in combos that you have no idea of how it may effect you.
