Is the Heart Bar the same as the original Lamp Bar? Used to see a lot of women at the Lamp Bar. One even tried to trip me once as I walked by. Great experiences there.
Always liked the Aladdin, great rooms and shopping at Desert Passage. Never made any sense to me that they would convert the place into some Gen-Z resort.
Do you now have to wear gray silk slacks with matching shirt, moussed hair, every imaginable 'pod' device and an "I'm much better than you attitude"?

I took a walk the other night after purchasing a new camera at one of the shops on the strip. I probably got soaked on the camera, but all the stores in my home town have been sold-out of said camera.

Back to business at hand, I wanted some pics of the strip at night and was walking around the MGM trying to get a good angle of the Statue of Liberty across the street.

I stopped near the road away from the MGM fountain, and started waiting for people to walk past, so I could get my shot, when a very cute looking youngish little lady asked me how I was doing.

The way she was dressed to kill, and her manner of speaking meant only one thing. And I had zero dollars to my name, thanks to my new camera!

It is not very often that I would be able to have fun, regardless of the price she would have charged, like I wanted to have with her. She even offered to help me break my new camera in! Just a little cutie pie if there ever was one! Her smile and mannerism, just made my little head twitch even more in my pants.

This all occurred around 11pm. I kicked myself all the way back to my hotel for not breaking into my savings account like I wanted to. The next night I found myself at the MGM, and this time the little cutie was walking around the machines. She nodded at me, and I twitched again at her presence and she was gone again.

Regretfully, I didn't have all my wits about me, due to the twitching in my pants, and I never got her name or anything. But she was there, two nights in a row, and I missed out... two nights in a row.

I don't know what your doing wrong but, I have never had any problem finding casino girls. Everywhere i've been never a problem. Good luck at Luxor, Mgm, the old Aladdin and Flamingo. Sometimes i'll just stand outside the Flamingo and watch the parade of girls walk by trying to get you.

I've gone the last few years in August and in December and have always seen plenty of girls. Just keep trying I guess but from my experience if they see you alone they will often come up to you.

I may not be Brad Pitt, but I find it difficult to believe that not a single one of them was a CG who didn't want to make some money. Was I doing it wrong?

The nightclubs generally aren't the place to find CGs. There are always lots of hot regular girls in Vegas at the clubs. There may be the odd CG there but they will be hard to spot and they know they will be hard to tell apart from the regular girls that is why they stay away from the nightclubs.

Bars and slot machines sitting on their own are the general tell tale signs but it is always pretty hard because there are still plenty of non cgs. Still that's half the fun, spotting them!

The Heart Bar is the circular bar located right in the center of things. You do not have to have the moussed hair or be trendy. If you are a middle age man who usually gets ignored by the other sex where ever you go this place will be different they will find you. Now if you just like looking at scantliy clad party girls just hang out by the top of the escalators next to the Heart Bar on weekends. It is quite a circus.

Generally the action does not get into full storm until after 1-2am. If you are out looking at 9pm, your best bet is to chill in a casino lounge that is open to everyone and one may approach you.

If one person says yes, the other no, the the yes has to go up and strike up a conversation. I kicked his ass. He payed for my own recreation that weekend.

After last Friday's experience, I was losing faith but I have to say that each time I've been on the prowl since then has been the exact opposite of last Friday. Just as you guys said, the CGs are indeed everywhere! I don't think there's a casino I walked through the last few days where I didn't have sightings -- including all the haunts previously mentioned.

So I don't know if they were genuinely not out last Friday, or I wasn't looking hard enough, or wasn't doing the look right but on subsequent days I got pretty good at CG detection! For fellow newbies out there, here are the Detection Criteria that I was using:

1. 20-35 year old female either on her own or with another
2. wearing revealing clothing which is just that little bit too revealing/short/low-cut/tight to be a regular girl
3. sitting at a slot machine at end of aisle
4. on walkways between hotels
5. always on phone
6. gives you the look or responds to your look

But I have to say that detecting them is one thing, but then finding one that you like is something else. Of the ones I detected:
- 80% I didn't consider doable (<6 on my scale) so didn't even approach
- 10% didn't respond to the look
- 7.5% qualified out (uncompetitive pricing, no click/chemistry, bad attitude, spaced out)
- 2.5% prospects remaining

So I guess, like most other things in Vegas, it's a numbers game. I wouldn't mind walking through casinos in the early hours of the morning with blisters on my feet if only the quality and the odds were a bit better!

Don't get me wrong, there are LOTS of great looking women walking around Vegas day and night, but using my Detection Criteria above, I couldn't tell whether they were CGs/SWs or not. It was only the lower quality ones that I could detect with the above Detection Criteria.

So, open question: do you have any modifications/enhancements to the Detection Criteria above to make it more accurate to detect higher quality CGs? Any tips and techniques that more advanced members can share for us newbies?

Any CGs at the Luxor? If so, is there any particular area where they congregate? I'm staying there at the end of the month. I'll also be stopping by the Mirage, but I can no longer tell the pros from the non-pros there.

I'm not sure but it must be where you're looking. Last night at the Strat, I lost count after 15. NO JOKE. Why can I say that? (When you see the same girl walk in EVERY NIGHT 4 nights in a row, and head straight for the bar to sit there for the better part of 6 hours. Yeah, she's working.)

Have been in LV for 3 nights -- plenty of action in the casinos.

Best bet appears to be Planet Hollywood but saw talent at MGM and Flamingo also.
