Any other ways?[/QUOTE]I found this out accidentally but I had worked out pretty hard for about a month (at least 1-2 hours twice a day) and done a lot of core / abdominal work just trying to build physical stamina. I ended up doing a lot of hip flexor / pelvic floor stretching / strengthening and it completely changed my sexual stamina. I could push the urge to cum back down by just slowing the movement a bit so the sensation wasn't as strong and letting it build back up again. I could pretty much do this multiple times, and most of these girls don't have stamina like that or they aren't expecting you to have it at least. I will say that if you don't keep up with the exercise routine though you will lose all the benefits.
