WalleyWorld has them, but I think there not going to carry the VirginMobile anymore. I could be wrong. I had a LG tribute till it got stolen out of my car. It was a step up from a cheap flip phone and down from a smart phone. The LG was about $50 to $60'bucks Not including the activation fee. Yes they have cheaper "flip phones " for $19.00 . What I don't like about them is the texting format. I don't want to hit a number two to three times to get the correct letter. I need a key pad to text quickly, especially when I'm driving to the incall. I'm paying about 30 Mario coins a month. There's other cell companies doing 25 smacker Roos. But I'm interested in what others have to say about there phones.

Setup a throw-away email account that you will use just for hobbying. Sign-up for a Talkatone account using your hobbying email account. You can setup a PIN for added security and change the app notification settings so you can run the app on silent mode and not show notifications when you get a text message or not ring when you get calls. Saves me the hassle of buying / charging / keeping / hiding another phone and when you don't want to be bothered or hide your activities just uninstall the app from your phone. You will have to re-download and reinstall the app from the app store and login to your hobby email to get the verification code from Talkatone everytime you want to hobby but this gives you an extra layer of privacy, setup multiple throw-away phone numbers, check your messages and contact SPs from any smartphone or tablet. This system works great for me and is absolutely free.

Just get a disposable gmail account and get google voice on your phone. You can turn it on and off, voice mails get transcribed to your email, it texts, it just doesn't receive photos in the text those are forwarded to gmail. Untraceable and free.
So this happened to me twice in six months. A fellow member or members showed a provider my review of them. Its really great to walk into a providers incall and I'm getting a fucking earful about my review of them. This is my observation of the dream more or less what my experience with the said provider was like. Some of my post have been spot on and others I'm sure there debatable. More or less this website is the exchange of information about providers. Why are you showing these girls there reviews? What do you have to gain from that? Now, if you have it on your phone, you can easily delete it, and most cops would think that you're using the number on the phone you have, so won't think that you might be using GV, so if they get a warrant for your real number, they won't find anything, because they'd need to know your GV email and the phone number associated with it. However, that's easy: you need to have your Google account on the device you're using Google Voice with, which means that unless you uninstall Gmail on the phone, your email is there, so are the sms, so are the voicemails. You can set that gmail account to not give alerts / notifications, but it's not foolproof.
On a "significant other" spectrum, you can delete the app when you're not mongering, and won't get alerts, or you can set it to give no notifications, etc.
But I can see some people who see the word "untraceable" and think that it actually is. It makes it HARDER for people to find, and gives you a way of doing things without having two phones. And it's certainly not untraceable from a phone exchange perspective: Google tracks all your sms messages and your phone calls because they can bill you for them (if international) so it's not like they're untraceable from that perspective. Google is slow to respond to a subpoena, but they'll give up the info with a proper warrant, as by providing telephony they have to abide by certain laws.
Now, I use Google Voice myself; like I said, it's great for customizing notifications and the ability to just delete the app so that everything is safe on the phone is great, but anyone who thinks that every phone call, sms, email, thread post can't be tracked in some way, will be in for a rude awakening some day.

Plus make sure you uncheck the box that says stay logged in and make sure to log out before you close out your incognito browser. Also worth mentioning to logout of your work wi-fi or any public Wi-Fi before mongering and stick to your cell data. Any websites you visit using public Wi-Fi or work wi-fi is logged even if you are using an incognito browser.
I'll throw in my. 02 here also. There's definitely a difference between anonymous and untraceable. Of course the right agencies can trace a phone, but you can definitely stay anonymous in the sense of a number linked to a name. I prefer tracfone, and have bought a number of smartphones for around thirty bucks at wally world or dollar General. Always paid cash, so no cc card name linked to purchase. Phone can be activated without providing identity. I also buy pay as you go cards with cash. Average cost is about $15/$20 per month and that provides plenty of text, talk and data for the hobby. If I need extra texts, I can buy 1000 on line for $5. Again, I use a pre paid cc, purchased with cash, and enter some bogus name and address. There is no verification check with a pre paid cc.
Personally, I don't like calling apps on my regular phone, as the app has access to the phones IP address and esn number. Since the IP address and / or esn number is linked to the phone owner and phone number, in my mind the calling app secondary phone number can be linked to your name through the phones IP address. Maybe I'm incorrect there, but don't want to take a chance. I prefer totally anonymous pre paid phone with all transactions conducted with cash. So, that was my input on the topic. I've used prepaid tracfone for the hobby for years and never contacted a provider with regular phone, not even via secondary calling app.

A few on here that know me also know I have the tenacity and know how and connections with people in the information technology sector. They can't find out who I am or where I am due to precautions take with my devices which are used in conjunction with a VPN.

I have a piece of shit flip phone I bought for ten bucks a couple years ago. My cover story for needing it is that it is my backup phone. I actually did use it once when I left my good phone in a Uber in New York. I called my phone and had the driver bring it back to me.
Since TracFone use multiple networks there has been a couple times where it worked when my regular phone was out of range.
