Here's my two cents: I think it is important to keep the girl's perspective in mind. First of all, they're there to work and like most people just want to go home or do something else after work. They are also protected in the club as there are bouncers and VIP areas always only have one way in / out, which reduces the chances of something bad or dangerous happening to them. If your value prop to the girl is, come to my motel room and party, well they already party at the club. At work they drink & vape all day, plenty step outside their club to smoke weed, and many of them are doing coke or even harder drugs in the locker rooms.
