Was passing thru the OC on beach Sunday. Some poor dude tried for a hot Middle Eastern looking gal on beach. Great body, hot shorts white top. If you stop for a girl, no matter how provokatively dressed she might be, you could just be giving her a ride, no $ has been exchanged, so where's the crime, let alone the doctrine of reasonable suspicion? So if she is dressed provocatively in a known prostitution area and they see her get into a car then it's very reasonable for them to stop you. But, in that same state of mind if the John goes she should too so it was most likely a reprimand like you got. Either way, as long as they have no A / V proof that money was exchanged for a sex act they have no case. Plead the fifth and hope she does the same, be / see if she talks you're fucked.

LE and stop you and harass you to see if they can get you to confess. You still have the right to remain silent and this the best way to protect yourself. There is also case law that protects when you give a girl a ride.

Today friday July 26 I tried to pick up a short about 5 ft 2 BSW in a hot pink dress. I was scoping her out for a bit because it was still bright outside and as I was following her I noticed 2 blue trucks following me wherever I went. A chevy avalanche and a ford f250 both navy blue.
She wouldn't get In the car just stood 10 ft away from my attemptattempted pick up spot and tried to ask for a date and how much money I had. I was sketched out so I left and as I was leaving blue f250 suddenly appeared behind me. All happened between cerritps and adult book store on beach.

Many have been arrested for lewd conduct in similar circumstances. Some LE like to "creepy crawl" up to vehicles in order to make such busts.

That was definitely a sting in my eyes, I say so because of the exact same vehicles being around constantly and that she wouldn't engage you closely. A girl that's on the streets working and is legit (both not LE or a rob) will get in because she's trying to get paid. If she won't at least walk up to the car and do the "check" she's very questionable. If she walks up but won't get in I drive off (p. S. Don't mention anything pertinent at this point) due to her being sketchy from the beginning and that makes me think she is a rob, or lazy so why try when there's more out there. As far as whether they would stop you if they were LE or not, idk, I would think if it were a sting they wouldn't "make" their own sting on something that wouldn't end up with a clean bust (no audio or visual confirmation that you were offering money for sexual favors)? I mean, if they're going to show that they're out there it (the first bust) should at least pay in dividends, right?

My car is kind of small, so she bent over in the passenger side door and I was outside hitting it doggy. We weren't on the track or even a half mile within it so that may have played a part. As far as the creepy crawl, yeah, that's exactly what they did. As I was doing my thing I saw them pass by but right as they left my field of vision I saw the brake lights reflect off a car on the street. So I pulled out, told her to jump back in her seat and I was grabbing my pants when the pulled up at the head of the street with their lights off and creeping. Sadly for us they rushed down the street lights blazing and my pants were mid thigh at that point. Good thing though, nothing was said about us exchanging cash for anything. We were just two people who wanted to fuq after the club closed. As far as lewd conduct I guess we were lucky. LOL.

Usually they flash their bright lights to get your license plate number, then they creep up on you on foot, and you don't see anything until both their flashlights are on either side of your vehicle.
Took a drive on harbor Friday night, only to be disappointed beyond repair. It seems like both harbor and beach are dead these days with only a few deadbeat and unwanted SW's here and there. Friday midnight you would expect the streets to be packed, but harbor all the way from westminster to edinger was flat out empty. Am I looking at the wrong places? Where does everyone go to find the cream of the crop SW's?

Seems like they were concentrated at the Taqueria de Anda parking lot and the street behind Cali Girls.
