I have read this forum but I am confused about what options are still available (if any) for basic L1 from someone under 40.

Was in the neighborhood so drove by LJS. Had a for rent sign on the door what a great loss they will be missed. Stop by Comfort the door was locked. Called number and was informed waiting on last of permits and should be open soon. Lucks still closed lights out. Golden hand must be fully permitted. Al signs lit up. Did not check door had bad experience there when a new owner took it over. He was not happy with the service I was getting and wanted it down graded. Called the tech out into the hall and began a strong discussion with her. I am sure that there will not anything special to be had probably just a rub but no tug or more.
