Strange location, as it is behind a chain link fence, but large parking lot nearby. Sign says Yi Chi 2, it's my understanding the one on 82nd across from Hong Phat, as well as Feng Qi on Powell are in the process of being sold. The new place has very nice interior, the chest tattoo lady from the other two places was the only one working.
Does anybody know what the story might be with Q on Halsey? I've sung their praises in the past, but over the last several months I've felt a tonal shift. First it was a few abrupt dismissals, as if they were too busy, but ever since they put the buzzer on the door the person who (eventually) shows up seems really guarded and unfriendly. They answer the buzzer like I'm carry a clipboard, or hawking bibles. I even jokingly asked "do you give massages?" on my last visit. The sour faced lady led me to a room, half scowling, before I thought better of wasting my time and left.
While I can dismiss it as a bad personality or two, I have to wonder if something more impactful occurred (break in? Robbery? Ect). I rarely go to that part of town, so I don't know the general crime rate. But every visit I've had has tended towards the afternoon, and the neighborhood seemed calm enough.
For those curious, last lady I saw (days back) was late 30's, super plain (proportionally), and unremarkable in the face per my tastes. Her English was between bad and acceptable.

Finally tried the location on 2nd Street in Beaverton. Stopped by previously 2 times but not impessed with who was there. This time the was a young, pettite, attractive lady there that for appearances only I figured she was worth a try. Told name was Suki. Said HH $50 and H $60, so opted for hour. I wanted deep tissue massage, she tried but was meh. Around 40 minutes said to flip and ask what wanted. She agreed to boom boom wanted 160, but had 138, she reluctantly agreed. When she came back refunded me the 8 singles. Evidently one dollar bills aren't wanted. Beautiful body! Allowed DATY had flavored lube. I after gave her a good massage. She like all said to bring extra the next time. All in all decent, because I found her beautiful.

Good value for an attractive lady. I think she is older but that is just my opinion. Sometimes they don't like taking all your money, I have had a girl or two give me back a few $ and tell me it's for my lunch. Not all providers are greedy.

Pretty sure it's the only massage place in the building, since the other one was acupuncture. I stopped by earlier today, and was met by a white girl (and I mean GIRL) at the receptionist desk.
