The most I can tell you (literally the most, I don't have good recs off the top) is these club abbreviations:
LS = Landing Strip.
FC = Flight Club.
H8 = Henry VIII.
Bogies = Bogarts.
SC = Silver Cricket.
BTs is just BTs.
