Take it from Mits. All business
Depending on the demand, the KBGs usually give the vava between $500-700 in spending; should be lower now. They also do that to show the other KBGs how desirable they are; ego and pride. But no forget that it's all business and no take it (and yourself) too seriously.
Well stated. I heard Luna at Rose is back from her trip with LVB. She's an intelligent business woman with retail / marketing background and keeps a detailed database of her all her LVBs on her computer. That's what I call running a business! Damn, I want a copy of that database. Mits is spot-on about ego and pride. It is so high for the top girls that it can compete with money for the number one spot. Most men don't understand this exploit.
Follow Mits advice about not taking it too seriously, otherwise you'll get emotionally and financially drained. KBGs are good at hacking your brain. If you find yourself emotionally attached and your savings is eroding, you may be infected like a PC. Gottah stop (hardest part), then refresh your brain so it can think properly. Needless to say, don't go back to the infection.
How the hell did you know
You and I know its all about the money. Once the money stops so will your relationship. They basically all have the same story that they have to send money back home whether it be korea or elsewhere. You want to put her to the test just say you cannot support her and see what kind of reaction you get. You might get lucky. And they might say that they will follow you whether you have money or not. Hope the best for you.
Damn, sounds like you know her. She asks me to take her to "Western Union" at Times supermarket in Aiea or at Pearl Kai to send her mother money. I told her she is a wonderful daughter, but her reaction to my comment was numb. Very suspicious. I think she is stashing her money in Korea since she over stayed her Visa. Why keep money at Bank of Hawaii if you might get booted out of this country.
Thank you BotoMoco for your guidance. Peace.
We have all been there, if you stay in the game long enough.
