They do not join you in the Sauna. It's purely for your relaxation if you like super-hot temperature water vapor to do whatever it does (frankly, I don't know). I found the sauna a waste of time and actually uncomfortable. I don't like breathing the heavey water vapor and it sort of gave me a claustrophobic "freak-out" experience as I had my eyes WIDE open and couldn't see one inch in front of me. . . That just freaked me out and since I don't seem to get any other relaxation or benefit from the 5 minutes spent in the box, I always pass on that part.

A simple google search will show you what I mean. Carmen however was the only one that I think was really close to the pictures on BP.
