For me whether a provider is upscale or not also depends on the location. If it's a cheap shitty hotel or a ghetto commercial location, that's not upscale regardless of how hot she looks or how good her service is.
I laugh and avoid the girls who ask for 4/ hr while they are staying somewhere on hotel circle south. For that price you need to be in at least 3.5 - 4 star, somewhere like the double tree or hilton or marriott. Or if private residence then in a decent neighborhood.
