Rampant Heroin and Meth problem in pretty much all parts of town? Nope, got to bust people over sex. Now they are framing it under the issue of "Derby brings alot of human trafficking to Louisville, we are fighting that by doing stings". What a JOKE! Please give proof or examples to back up this claim of human trafficking being such a huge problem at derby time or any other time. They can't, there is none. It's just a way to harass people and create more overtime pay for officers and generate more revenue via fines and fees.
