Also, Fort Wayne is lightening up on the restrictions starting in November so that might not be an option. If you find the right girl you may be able to get off campus but it requires playing the long game. I've done well from the clubs in the past but it takes me anywhere from 3 months to 2 years to establish a relationship where they feel comfortable.

Jasmine has been off the scene for awhile I used to meet with her over near Washington center area awhile ago. I seen her out today and walked up to her and spoke with her.
