Got some interesting info on japanese sex culture.

Checked out Aoyama. The entrance seems a little uninviting as the door is closed, felt a little AMPish. So we walked in. 3 girls greeted us. The seating area is a little small and the seats are a little low to the ground. I guess they said it's Japanese style. Anyway, the girls were really conservative and "professional" as mentioned in earlier posts, no real touchy touchy like k-bars. One "good" thing I guess is that they do not push for drinks and one drinks lasted one hell of a long time. One of the girls spoke fairly good english and the other two knew enough to have a good conversation without us dumbing down our english.

A little suprised how welcoming they were as we are of the younger crowd and we didn't dress up at all. We usually get "iced-out" at kbars because of our "age" and how we dress. Overall a positive experience, would go again just to hang out. Finally learned what sukebe means. LOL.

Had a interesting talk with a kb vet last night. We talked about kb relationships. To or not to. He said, he's always tried to get the girl to be his gf as long as he can remember. The AMP's just don't do it for him. He needs the emotional connection (as said by others on this thread in the past) for the sex to have the stimulus he needs to get it up. He said the AMP's are to machine-like and scripted for his needs. He knows the downfall of a bar gf, but that's what turns him on. I told him, but you're playing with satan! Then it finally hit me. I always say to think outside the box, but what if what you really want, is actually right inside the box (not that box). I know, I know, I'm confusing myself too, but hear me out. What if, all the happenings inside the kb's, is exactly what each guys is striving for. What if the guy who spends too much, thinks she's in love with him, and gripes about it to me at the bar or on this site, actually wants it that way. What if griping about being ripped off is his high? Sounds out-there, but, remember the guy who pays girls to watch him jacko*f. How out-there is that? Who am I to say he's not getting what he wants. And what about the strange couple who seeks a threesome and tries to drug the girls drink. Strange to us, but not to them. Everyone gets there thrills differently. I know guys who are submissives, and maybe that's their thing to be dominated by a bit*h. This may sound cynical but think about. Why do we keep taking a pounding? Would you keep going to a gas station that sold $10 / gallon gas. Oh, the one with the cute hapa cashier. See, got to have a payoff somehow. Maybe the guy that's looking for a wife in the bar, has commitment problems. So he grooms the right kb, then when it comes time to marry her, he dumps her, because in the end there's no way he's going marry a bar girl, he just has to prove to himself that is wasn't a commitment thing it was the girl, so he strives for failure. Works for him, so who am I to put in my 2 cents (or most times $3. 49) and say he's wrong. Maybe the guy at the end of the bar likes being the purse guardian. Maybe the guy in the booth likes the double team, Mr. Francis. Maybe everyone is getting what they want, except me! Is it me that's not seeing the light? Am I bringing the wrong bulb to the bar? Not being sarcastic, just listening to an old vet (older than me) , stand his ground. Very enlightening conversation with him, if you ask me. So in short (or long if you want to stick it to me. I know I'm rambling) , I think I've underestimated the world of possibilities why someone would continually do what I would consider pabo. Every guy has his own story, every guy has his own dirty baggage, every guy has his unique (I'm being nice) turn-ons, so ever guy is actually doing just what he got to do. So I got to take a step back and do what I got to do now. Watch more, and blog less. Also heard a rumor that someone is taking over the old Maya's location but it's not verified.

Pharaoh pretty busy after 8P (overflow from mediocre Maya's?) with young KBGs; average L=6. D (ead) 'Amour & Twilight tanking, as per previous intel. Anyway, more customer traffic than usual in crappy weather; maybe because furlough pau for some state workers? Old guys (like me) going after the 20 & 30 somethings; oh well. Packed the three watches and headed back to Kansas.

One Fun Table was the corner one in that same wing, in the row that was not turned. That one was Lily's Play area. The other Fun Table is still by the Kapiolani door but the partition that afforded that table some privacy is gone so now it's open to the world. Moon is gone anyway but that was her playground. Oh well.
