For info on lower-priced providers that you call "habit dependent," you might want to especially focus on the Downtown thread. There's a guy, named Red or Fred or Ted or something, who frequently posts about the exact downtown locations where particular street providers have been found, and you can easily see those locations using Google Maps street view. In my experience, there is no "going rate" for downtown, it's free-market economics and the price can depend upon numerous variables (such as the age, appearance and desirability of the individual provider; the individual monger's experience, negotiating skills and general personality; whether the monger is an established and trusted customer of the provider or unknown to the provider; how much the provider needs money for drugs or other reasons at the specific time; what type of sexual service or services the monger wants; BB or covered, etc.). However, the price of "20 or 30 in other tropical lands" that you mention could severely restrict your selection even in downtown. Finally, a word of caution about downtown mongering, if you're only looking for natural-born female providers, many of the providers downtown are not in that category.
