I bet the lady won't send you her ID, for understandable reasons. The need to be safe goes both ways in my book. I certainly understand the need to verify and have done it with a number of agencies. But even then I did not give them physical proof such as an ID. So a red flag for me, but that is not to say that this lady is or is not legit.
