An inexpensive collared shirt and work pants is normal there, I've seen dudes in cargo shorts in the summer, and a nice t-shirt and jeans isn't going to look out of place either. Don't dress like a bum, but you also don't want to look like you just came from a board meeting. Same goes for PP.

Vixens / YS is more of a business casual vibe where if you showed up in an expensive outfit you wouldn't look out of place.

Dress however, its pretty dark in there and very very casual. T-shirt, shorts / jeans, however you want. Daytime I've always just walked right in, no cover, no drink required. You might get hit up for a drink from the bartender as you walk in though. Never been there after 7 pm so can not comment on night time.
