Just doesn't happen! There's no evidence against you at all. They would have had to at the very least had to have a tap on the phone with you soliciting sex for a fee, along with documentation of who you already were, prior to even making that phone call. Which would then indicate you were on their radar so to speak, and they were building a case against you. They don't build cases against johns.
