If that's the one, there's shopping centers in every direction from walmart. Corner of 215 and durango is a terribles and mcdonalds.

So I saw the blonde asian chick by home depot. Against my better judgement after reading the reports on here, I picked her up. I might as well just thrown money in the trash can LOL. Worst CBJ of my life, and it started with a strong pinch to the head which hurt like hell (she said it was an effective check for stds.) 2 minutes of HJ, I tried to push her head down, which ended up with 3 minutes of HJ with her mouth only on the tip, then rushing me. Man. When is lilyA going to be open again.

Drove passed and pulled in to the Chevron on the corner and that quick she was getting in to someone's car. Right in front of the LVPD camera recording everything. I guess guys or hookers don't worry about that? I'd never do it, but to each his own.

Now if you're driving that's a different situation you will be fine during the day but uncle picks up at night so you really want to be Low Key! Good luck be safe and report your findings!

I am guessing Paradise and Tropicana are two main strolls to work with. Any others? I will have a car.

The daytime here is safe in these areas. At night its a different story since you put yourself at risk being on foot. Just remember that if you get a bad feeling about going into an area or one of their rooms, listen to it and leave.

Berkley County (where the Martinsburg sting took place) has a requirement to fill out a form for access to search their public records (called a "Virtual Courthouse" I wanted to see how many arrests made it to conviction.

Now having my name and pic in the paper would be enough of a deterrent for me but, lets be honest, next time I am in Vegas, I'll be mongerong too so decided to ask some questions of some folks I know in Nevada that are attorneys in this area.

Nevada / Clark County looks at "Entrapment" very seriously but you would have to prove it. I am told that using a cooperative female would be highly unlikely om a sting only scenario (maybe targeting a pimp) due to this, but not inconceivable.

If mongering by car, be cautious about big bags and / or unnecessarily baggy clothes. Your enemy here is recording devices. While a good attorney could try a motion to suppress recordings due to an expectation of privacy, it's best to just look out for it or at least, as part of the cop check, ask to inspect prior to negotiations. Then drive off a bit. Putting distance between you and the pickup serves to increase reasonable doubt because the length muddies what the intent of the scoop was. If the cooperating female is under an agreement and motivated by some arrangement, she likely won't want to go far as that also is a concern to LEO.

Anyway, I am told that, in the events of the above, if she is a cooperating female then you'll have a good entrapment case as no audio and distance in the drive suggests time for coercion. The attorney I spoke with states he's defended many of these, but never a cooperating female one but would create a defense by listening to any recording (if exists) and attempting to work toward an entrapment plea.

If recorded audio exists, he would look for her initiating negotiation, time from recording start to solicitation, if the guy sounded intent and other things if no recording, he'd argue the person's character, and motivation to entrap.

In my opinion, following the mongering rules seems like it'd protect here.

I am not an attorney, nor am I familiar with Nevada law. All of the above should be consulted on by your own NV attorney before taking it as anything above a work of fiction.

There's Boulder Highway which according to other posters just isn't what it used to be. Your best bet is stick to the internet if you don't know the areas talked about.
