A buddy of mines is in hot water right now. Guys be very careful when contacting these CL numbers and ads. He he responded to a posting and somehow they linked his email with his (real cell number). And guess what he is on list receiving all types of spam, text, and pics from escorts, gays you name it and his wife is livid. She wants too know how this has happened. And she even texted back one of the numbers and the person responded back and stated they received his number due to him emailing a CL sex listing. Which 75 percent are flagged for being fake.

They MUST have a number in the ad somewhere, and 2. That number MUST be of the 812 or 502 area code. Anything else I automatically assume to be spam bait and refuse to contact. And that system has worked pretty well for me so far.

A woman answered one of my ads today telling me she was in town for business and staying at the best western in New Albany, she kept pressing the point for the cost of services and wanted me to come to her.
It felt odd so I hesitated and a few hours later she sent me another picture, I tracked it down on Facebook and there was a picture of the woman and a guy in police uniform, so I challenged her on it and she finally tells me her husband is a Sheriffs deputy in Cincinnati at the jail. She kept asking me to come to have dinner with her and we could go from there. Now it may be legit but anytime a uniform is involved I pass.
It felt like a set up especially since there is a Sheriff deputy in the loop especially because she asked me three times to come visit her. That Best Western is close to LEO headquarters in New Albany. she also wanted me to text her and sent her number but i did not text her back.
In any event my safety is more important than pursing this one.
If you get a response from someone staying at that hotel, for now I would steer clear of that place.
I am adding the picture that I found so you know what the woman looks like, I edited out their last name.
Be safe out there.
