-I have been vetted and screened by one of the agencies and was supposed to meet with a provider two weeks ago, but we couldn't make it work out. I have yet to hear back from the other provider about screening or anything and can't seem to get a reply. Is that normal? Should I message them through WhatsApp instead?

-How far in advance do you all schedule your appointments? For instance, I know that I have Fridays off. Could I on Monday try and set up an appointment for Friday, or is that too far in advance?
