Here is the message that I sent to SA about some of the issues that have been mentioned or I have had:

You also made it mandatory for recurring billing, state no refunds and no way to cancel so we are virtually locked into it. With your site it is very hard to go more than 1 month at a time. Maybe if you started charging the women to message it would get better. You also removed to search by text function, stating they are improving it, but it has not returned in a few months. The women tend to use this site as a game. They message showing interest and then disappear, message for days / weeks and then disappear, after being silent for months, years they come back like nothing happened. There is a very high number of profiles that show the join date and the last activity was the next day and nothing for years. We report fraud, extortion, escorts, blackmail and the women are still on the site. The current issue is they message and then move to text, with the number and your picture they report it to sites like [URL]predators.com[/URL]. You then get a message telling you about it and wanting money to remove it.

With all of those issues there are quite a few men that are NOT going to renew and are talking about deleting their profile.

At this time, there is no way to upgrade your account for a one-month membership without selecting to be billed recurringly, however, this does not mean you won't be able to cancel. Once you upgrade your account, and you see the membership reflected on your account, you then have the option to cancel your membership before you are charged again.

To cancel your auto-renewing subscription:

1. Navigate to your Settings page by clicking on your username in the top right corner then choosing Settings from the drop-down menu that appears.

2. You will see the Payments section at the bottom left of the settings list. Here you can find the Cancel Auto-Renew option.

Reply about bots / fake profiles:

We do not have any Bots / Paid Members / Fake Accounts on the site and we try our best to make sure all the profiles are real and accurate.

Unfortunately, we cannot catch 100% of fake accounts with our automated detection system, so we have member reports for those that slip by.

If you do find any profiles you believe to be fake please use the official reporting system to report members who are misusing our site. To do so, click on the "Report Member" button located on their profile page and fill out the form. Our fraud team will promptly and thoroughly investigate the accounts and make a decision based on their findings as well as the proof you are able to provide.

I have been stood up on several coffee meet and greet dates. In some cases they do this to jerk us around and have a good laugh at our expense. I learned to be suspicious of the profiles with professional photos or chicks that look TGTBT. I do not have a membership now and I have no plans to renew soon. I did have a good run for a while and got laid. With the hotel, dinner, allowance. Etc it was expensive but a fun time.
