Probably. Or the usual spots in OTR. There's also a WCPO article about UC researchers studying the effects of LE actions in the area (remember the barricades?

There is no arrests listed on Clerk Of Courts page for Solicitation. The news story does say "throughout the city".
I did find arrests 10 days earlier of 3 men by our MC in UP. 3500 & 3400 of Warsaw 900 block of Fairbanks. It is not just OTR.

Can't seem to search by infringement. Perhaps you could share this esoteric information. Hope I am not the only one lacking this simple skill.

I wonder where the stock photo of the SW they keep using came from LOL. Nice that they mention the "minor" involved without noting that HE was most likely on the buy side along with the other guys.
Given the weather on Friday night, there's a pretty decent chance any SWs you see are going to be LEO. Always a good idea to think with the big head, boys.

It makes me wonder what the hell is up. These guys don't show up when you search by name or on the mugshot sites either. Seems like the CPD would have to file charges in court or else they -- or WCPO -- would be in a world of hurt from a libel standpoint.
Maybe they're just withholding the charges in court in hopes of getting another round of coverage, because it seems that nobody besides WCPO took the bait on this one. That may be because CPD was trying to get publicity for prostitution arrests on the night of impending white death -- the one TV news story that's even sexier than prostitution arrests I guess. (And this also brings to mind that Cincinnati could use a lot more people driving snow plows and a lot fewer cops, particularly vice cops.) Or maybe it's just that WCPO is the special lapdog of the CPD, so they get special access.
I've got to love the beginning of that related story about the reporter riding along with the vice cop, who's explaining how he knows these girls walking McMicken are trickin, but it's hard to know which of them are doing it against their will and are victims of human trafficking. You have to be a subscriber to uncover more of the secrets of how they know these things, but it's got to be hard to know that, since in none of the arrests to date have they provided even one single documented case where the woman was doing it against her will.
That story also promises to reveal their strategy and where the cops will strike next. I'm almost tempted to buy a subscription to get the rest of the story, but really don't want to reward them for this bullshit. If anyone already has a subscription and would like to cut and paste the story here, however, it would be interesting to see.

Not far from here. Got into the car with a girl and another guy LOL.
Sometimes, when they do these stings they do the paper work out of sight near the area of the sting, take a picture of the suspect, then release with court date just like a speeding ticket. In this "process" they have time actually "enter" into the system. I'm sure that's why some of the girls do not show up right away to work on them to play on their side to bust johns and then the officer can "drop" the charges. Plus an officer has the ability to "hold" filing charges until enough evidence is gathered. A friend went through this a number of years ago.

They were not from 2/20 big sting. The file date was on 2/20. But you are right they wait for arraignment for about 10 days. And the 3 were busted in UPH. MN.

The vice squad must be too busy protecting the world from sex to do their paperwork in a timely fashion. The theory that they're working over the johns to get them to turn doesn't make a lot of sense since 1) these guys don't likely know anything of value and 2) they already released their names to the media.
Stings going on today in Covington, pretty sure I witnessed not one but two going on. Just a heads up, watch your six.

Not far from here. Got into the car with a girl and another guy LOL.[/QUOTE]First of all got in a car with a guy and a girl, definitely rookie-esque or flat out dumbass mistake. But should have known if they said go to udf for condoms something is up bc all udf's due to the owners religion does not carry contraceptives! But maybe not everyone is aware of that who knows.
Looks like our brave soldiers in Senator Portman's army got around to filing the paperwork on 14 of the 17 individuals involved in last week's stings. One's a juvi, and I'll eagerly await the other two. Some of this batch does hail from some better parts of town, and not all the charges have associated "loitering to solicit" charges attached, so it's possible some of these are escort stings. We'll see.
