You guys are fucking crazy to be suggestion this crap in public.
History repeating itself. You guys learned NOTHING!
Take it back channel, but leave ME out of it.
Sorry, I guess I never knew there was a law against several guys meeting at a strip club for a beer. Wow, thanks!
-
Fed Law 2257
It's actually known as 18 US Code 2257. Here's a link to the electronic version to the US Code and Section 2257 of Title 18. http://frwebgate4.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/waisgate.cgi?WAISdocID=26469430355+0+0+0&WAISaction=retrieve
It appears to refer only to producers and performers when it come to gathering identification information. It also appears it was created to stop sexual exploitation and abuse of children.

Ask the girls in OFC that got popped with it for having Meet and Greets.
The point, brainiac, isn't about guys getting together. It's about SHOOTING YOUR DUMBASS MOUTH OFF ABOUT IT ON A BOARD DEDICATED TO COMMERCIAL SEX.

US Code
I'm not trying to confuse her with facts. I'm trying to provide information to the others on the board and provide them with an opportunity to read the entire text of the law. In that way, the others can make an informed decision about how, when and where they want to proceed, and whether or not they want to proceed.

Despite the personal attacks, I guess I just don't share your paranoia. While I respect you for yours, I really think LE has better things to do that raid a strip club to get a few guys drinking beer and talking about sex. If you can explain it in coherent terms, I'd be interested in your rational.
Now, if I were an analytical LE type, I'd just post a decoy on CL, let her go to your house (since you always do outcall to your home in Orlando, which I find odd because you also advocate that "You have to be fucking crazy to give ANY sex worker ANY personal info about you." Doesn't your address count as personal information? At any rate, its risky from a physical security standpoint...I mean she gets you in the bedroom and her partner breaks in and steals the TV...or she just cases your house for a follow-up visit.) and its Or, they could bust you at LipStixx with your mini bottles for public intoxication.
I was a member of the Baltimore board and we used to get together regularly for a night on the block. We were never infiltrated or anything and had a good time.
My point is, and to quote your own post, "Lighten the fuck up, girl, this is a boys room where we share info with each other. I'd be PISSED if I knew a guy here had info, even unverified, and he didn't share it. We are grown ups and can decide what constitutes a risk."
For now, I guess I'll put you do as a "no" for Wednesday.

I also remember OFC.
You obviously don't. This ain't Baltimore, Bubba.
The long term mongers know exactly what I'm talking about.
Carry on. My job of doing a reality check is done.
As far as my address, I'll make you a challenge: name me ONE situation anywhere where a monger bust occured at the monger's home. Just one. My point was controlling your environment as much as possible in an activity that is never risk free.

Will someone here please verify that RICO was the hammer used in OFC, and met and greets were part of it? I feel like the Lone Ranger here.

The actual "hammer" used in OFC was the sting of a fake provider, posting on TBD and having a website. Lea Nice was the provider who never existed.
The posted mentions of organized gatherings amongst the board posters - including the website owner - was what they used to justify using the RICO act.
A gathering of two or more people discussing something that "might" be illegal is enough for RICO to get added onto any charges the police invent for someone they want to arrest.
Kind of like "resisting arrest without violence." If the cops are arresting someone - especially for a nit-picking, technical breach of the law or something that is total bullshit - simply asking "Why am I being arrested" is enough to add the resisting arrest without violence charge.
The police are not nice people when it comes to self-preservation. If their higher-ups tell them to go find crime in a specific place, coming back and reporting that none was found is completely unacceptable if the cop wants to retain his job. Thus, they "create" crime to satisfy their orders to find it.

He's the one who gave LE an earful, and threw TBD under the bust. The Lia Nice fiasco was the result of that.
Bottom line: I have no problem with M&G's. But putting them out in public is pure lunacy. And anywhere but a private board where members are well vetted in public.

Rico
If I'm not mistaken, a RICO charge is what kept the perky and lovely Tabitha Blue as a guest of the County for quite a while before they dropped the RICO charges. Met her through a Vetteman referral on Armenia, I believe. I still owe you one for her. She was marvelous.
She was a doll that got a real screwing (so to say) from the legal system.
The RICO charges sent her bail sky-high, as I recall.

Ps. For the record, I love talkin' to y'all, but I'd never meet in person. Just too dangerous.
